SALES POLICY:
- All Sales are in U.S. funds.
- You will receive a confirmation call from Us upon completing Your order. Please leave a daytime phone number where we can reach you.
- All orders are subject to confirmation from the Classic Ticket Service home office. Ticket Prices and availability are not guaranteed until orders are confirmed.
- We reserve the right to upgrade your tickets for the same price if the original seats you requested are not available. We will also contact you if this occurs.
- In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing received from our suppliers, Classic Ticket Service shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed.
- All Prices reflect our cost of obtaining preferred seating. Prices quoted include a service charge over the face value. The service charge varies with each ticket and depends on seat quality, supply and demand and our cost of acquiring premium tickets. All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed.
- We ship all tickets via Federal Express to either business or residence locations. Federal Express deliveries require a signature upon arrival to a business. Federal Express does not require a signature to a residence, except by request at an additional $2 charge. Please select the delivery address that is best for you. We want to make sure you receive your tickets safely. Classic Ticket Service is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Upon completion of your sale, an invoice and receipt may be mailed separately to your billing address. When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
- If we are shipping tickets to an address other than the billing address for the credit card being used for the transaction, you MUST fill out our CHARGE AUTHORIZATION FORM or your order will be cancelled. Simply fill out the form with the event you wish to purchase, provide legible copies of your Driver's License and Credit Card, and fax this back to the number on the form. This is done to protect you, the Client, and Classic Ticket Service from potentially fraudulent use of your credit card.
- Delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. If you must pick tickets up at will call, whether at the box office or other designated location, we require a CHARGE AUTHORIZATION FORM with legible copies of your Driver’s License and Credit Card or the order will be cancelled. Again, this is done to protect both of us in fraudulent use. Only one name can be left a will call and that person must be present with a picture I.D. to pick up the tickets.
- All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds unless Event is cancelled; in which case a full refund is issued less shipping and handling fees. Tickets for cancelled events must be returned to to our office within 10 business days for a refund.
- In case of postponement or rescheduling of an Event, tickets are NOT refundable and must be used on the new date.
Classic Ticket Service is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions, “rain or shine”, delays, unavailability of public or private transportation, war, riot, civil commotion, strikes, fire, flood, or any other act of God.
